WHY ARE WE HIRING?

Our ever-expanding portfolio and the unbelievable success in our Kansas City market required us to expand into the Greater Houston area. We are looking to double our staff and fast track candidates into management positions, with subsidiary offices to be opened in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin in the next year alone.

Like we did in Kansas City, we will have to see how quickly we can find candidates in Houston who can move through our entry-level training program to upper management in less than nine months. Ideally six.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our cause-related ad campaigns are full service from conception to print to market to full integration through the industries we represent. We expect all candidates to profess the ability to master each level before reaching management.

Promotions include:
· Sales & Marketing
· Customer Service
· Public Relations (both cause and client related)
· Administration & Relative Accounting
· Management (account, mid and upper level)

Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes done in on-site classrooms during the course of a normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Entry-Level Marketing Representative
Customer service, sales, advertising, public relations, marketing and distribution.
Individuals are trained in entry-level sales and promotions, with concentration placed on the execution side of the campaign rather than the conceptual and design portion. Clients, business owners and customers are dealt with on a one-on-one and personal basis. Individuals also are cross-trained through marketing, territory management, client relations and self management.

Corporate Trainer
Teaching, training, developing and motivating a group of 2-10 individuals.
More responsibility is added at this phase as individuals participate in the screening of new personnel, oversee satellite road trips to increase management ability and develop public speaking skills. This tends to be the longest portion of the program because the training centers on your ability to multitask and micromanage other people, all of whom have different personality traits and backgrounds.

Account Coordinator

Running, managing and monitoring campaigns and accounts within the office.

This person handles territory control in addition to managing and overseeing a team of 10-30 individuals.

Junior Partner
Inventory, accounting, banking, bookkeeping, marketing strategy and interviewing.
Individuals are directly cross-trained by the managing partner through each phase and are responsible for learning all aspects of client management, administration, legal, demographic research and public speaking.

Managing Partner
Managing and monitoring all operations within the corporation.

The managing partner makes all final judgments on ad campaigns, clientele and personnel decisions while looking to head expansion projects into state and international markets.
